Our client
The client was a couple, a Dutch national and an English expat. Although they currently reside in the Netherlands, they previously lived in the United Kingdom, where they first met. The couple owned a UK property valued at £550,000 and were looking to remortgage it as a buy to let (BTL) consumer property. They had previously approached a broker who made an unsuccessful attempt to reach the required loan amount, due to the restricted loan amount. As a result, they turned to Articus Finance for personalised assistance.
Our solution
Upon receiving the couple’s request for assistance, we immediately began to asses their remortgage options. One of our expert brokers analysed the couple’s financial situation and identified the most suitable lenders for their specific needs. As a whole of market brokerage we advised the client on the most appropriate terms for their situation.
They offered a loan amount of £316,00 which was higher than the previous broker’s offer and allowing the couple to proceed with their plans for the property.
Articus collaborated closely with both the couple and the lender, resulting in the completion of the remortgage process in just one month. Our team of experts was able to identify the most suitable lender and secure the best rates and terms for the couple. As a result, the couple was able to achieve their financial goals and continue their plans for their UK property. GET IN TOUCH TODAY.
