With a plethora of alternative uses for the two properties, the client was first looking to raise capital on this unencumbered property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 13px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;\">The two properties had four individual flats situated in each. The client was looking to maximise their investment potential by letting them out to students. The properties needed heavy refurbishment to ensure they were on spec and liveable. The client was a <a href=\"https:\/\/backup.articusfinance.com\/sg\/self-employed-mortgages\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #45818e;\">self-employed<\/span><\/a> ex-pat living in Switzerland.
