This can be compounded when the client owns multiple businesses with highly complex structures, meaning that the proof of income can be difficult to convey. The client wanted to take advantage of low UK interest rates to acquire a competitive mortgage rate against a property value of \u00a34.5 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 13px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;\">There were a couple of hurdles to negotiate with this client. The first was the fact that he had very little financial footprint in the UK, making the acquisition of a <a href=\"https:\/\/backup.articusfinance.com\/us\/foreign-national-mortgages\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #45818e;\">foreign national mortgage<\/span><\/a> at a competitive rate difficult.
