This can be further complicated if the client holds no assets within the UK and has an irregular income stream. Their intention was to fund the purchase of a property to house their children whilst studying at university and then ultimately to use the property as a holiday home.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 13px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;\">In spite of the fact that our client was a <a href=\"https:\/\/backup.articusfinance.com\/us\/uk-mortgages-for-us-citizens\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #45818e;\">high net worth<\/span><\/a>, their income was sporadic and complex plus they also had no asset footprint in the UK.
